REGISTRATION FAILS?
We tested SQM Time extensively with Safari, Chrome and Firefox. If registration fails, try another browser or your mobile phone first. If you still have problems, please let us know.

GROUP REGISTRATION
For a group registration (companies only), please contact us via a ticket "I have a question for the organizer about this event and I need more info", lower on this page. We have developed a specific module for groups.

WHEN CAN I USE MY COUPON CODE?
Once you have clicked on "Checkout" and before you click on "Confirm order", you can enter your discount code at the top of the page in the box "Do you have a discount code?" and then on "Apply". The discount will then automatically be deducted from your total amount and you can proceed with the payment.

NO CONFIRMATION EMAIL
If you have not received a confirmation email from our payment provider Mollie or SQM Time and you are not sure you are registered, please check your spam box. If you can't find anything there, check your online account and your order history. If still you don't find anything related to your registration, then no payment has been made and unfortunately your attempt to register failed. This mail can end up in the Spambox (be sure to take a look). If you can't find it still, you can use this link to request a new one. If you register someone other than yourself, this person will receive a confirmation email with a validation link, which he/she must click. He/she will be sent to the account page on SQM Time, where he/she fills in the missing data, chooses a password and confirms this. This mail can end up in the Spambox (be sure to take a look). CANCEL, TRANSFER AND/OR MODIFY YOUR REGISTRATION
Changing your distance, buying a T-shirt, adjusting your details, transferring your inscription to another participant and even cancelling your inscription can ONLY be done via your SQM Time account.
You do this by yourself!
ADJUSTMENT: After you have logged in (at the top right of this site), look up the order in question and change the details. If your new information results in a lower cost, your account will be credited and you can use that amount for your next registration. If your new information results in a higher registration fee, you will have to pay that amount to complete the change.
CANCELLATIONS: If you wish to cancel your registration, your account will be credited in accordance with the cancellation conditions of the organizer. You can spend this amount later on another registration.
Attention! It is perfectly possible that the organizer does not allow cancellations, or that the period in which you can cancel is already over. The cancellation conditions and periods vary per event and depend on the organizer. On every event page, you can find them above the green registration button.
If you are registered before August 26th via ticketpress you can't (yet) use SQM Time credit system to adjust and/or cancel your registration. Please use our ticket system to change and / or cancel and we will provide you with a discount code that you can use for a next registration in SQM Time.

I DID NOT RECEIVE A BIB NUMBER AND/OR RACE BRIEFING
If you haven't received your bib number a few days before the event, please check your spam folder. You can also use the button "participant list" on the event page to quickly find your bib number. Race briefings are not always sent (depends on the organizer).

EVENT / DISTANCE IS FULL
If a certain distance and / or an event is sold out, you cannot participate or register.

GENERATE INVOICE
If you want an invoice, please download it via your account. You can fill out the optional fields, company names and VAT number in your account, so they will appear on your invoice. Please note that this feature is only possible when the online registrations for an event are closed.

ENTERED AN INCORRECT EMAIL ADDRESS
You signed up?
Log in to Sqmtime.com with your wrong email address. Go to My Account > Home > Edit Account and change your email address there and click on Save. You can now login to SQM Time with your custom email address.
You entered an incorrect email address for someone who registered through your account
Log in to SQM Time and go to My Account > Home > Registrations and choose the right event and click on the icon behind the name of the participant to change the email address. The person you registered for will now receive the confirmation email again.

UTMB (trailrunning )
Your ITRA and UTMB points are awarded automatically after the results are known. The results are processed by ITRA after the event. ITRA then automatically adds the corresponding ITRA and UTMB points to your personal account. You do not have to do anything for this. This can take up to one or more weeks.
The trail only appears on the ITRA calendar and in the UTMB list after it has been approved by ITRA and UTMB. When the organization lists the points on its page, this means that the organizer guarantees the number of points listed. If the race is not yet listed on the ITRA calendar and/or UTMB list, it means that the request is still being processed.

CHARGE BACK
SQM Time is not an organizing party of its own and cannot, in any case, decide to give money back. We work exclusively with our own credit system and every organizer who uses this registration module, uses the same principle.
